WORKSHOP | $18 | ALL AGES | Please join FyerLyon for an Accessible Somatics group practice at Junior High, Sunday October 8th and Saturday November 11th
FyerLyon is a trauma informed, politicized, relational somatics practitioner & facilitator, multimedia artist, and creator of the Accessible Somatics methodology. Lyons work lies at the intersections of love, hope and possibility, knowing that we can heal our individually experienced traumas and collective traumatic retentions through our willingness, dedication, tenderness, and radical vulnerability. FyeyLyon believes that Somatics don’t always have to be daunting, and that it is actually best to start with resourcing practices of embodiment before building your capacity to feel intensity and discomfort. Come get a feel for Accessible Somatics and practice Lyons new and in process healing methodology. Queer + trans, Disabled, BIPOC, poor + working class, femmes and other historically marginalized folks are highly encouraged to show up! Masks are mandatory attend to attend this event.
