ARTIST WORKSHOP | $60 | ALL AGES | Join this 2 hour clay workshop led by Ollin Gonzales of Pot Studio Echo Park. Learn how to make and play your own wind instrument! The tradition of clay flute making was passed down to Ollin by his father as a means of continuing indigenous tradition, and a connection to culture. In this class attendees will be hand crafting fully functional clay flutes.
Great for those who are looking for access to ceramics, clay friends, or sharpening your skill set! No experience necessary. Everyone will have up to three months to pick up their pots- after which we will have to dispose of them to make space for new class work.
