WORKSHOP | $15 | All Ages | Hand Follows Eye Studios invites you to join us in THE DRAWING ROOM, a new creative social space and art workshop, presented by Junior High LA! The Drawing Room will feature demonstrations and instruction in various techniques and mediums by a rotating cast of Los Angeles artists, along with drawing games and activities. You are welcome to bring your own projects or explore along with us. Meet fellow artists and work together in a playful and supportive community space.

Hand Follows Eye will partner with comic-artist Jett Allen to facilitate an evening of figure drawing and esoteric learning! Using the Tarot as an entry point we will aim to deepen our connection with ourselves, our drawing practices, and our ability to translate what we see and feel to the two-dimensional plane. Bring yourself, your friends, and a tarot deck for an evening of mystical drawing.

Hand Follows Eye Studios is a mobile art school with workshops for all skill levels, founded by Rachel Deane and Mads Gobbo. Their workshops encourage exploration and make space for failure and fun in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

This is a mask mandatory event. Please bring a mask to wear throughout the duration of the workshop.
