Her workbook, NURTURE ME!, is an interactive approach to assessing our boundaries and desires. By working through our relationship to shame, vulnerability, power, and privilege, we can begin navigating or sexuality in more pleasure-promoting and consensual ways. This workbook and workshop aims to help that process!
