WORKSHOP | $15 | 16+ | Join us for this 50 minute aerial hammock workshop where participants will learn the basics of aerial movement including inversions and beginner aerial postures. This workshop is a safe space for anyone curious about exploring different movement practices or just wanting to learn something new! Beginners are welcome.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Junior High LA, a non-profit 501(c)3 community arts space prioritizing the safety and expression of female, queer, nonbinary, and artists of color.

Some logistical information:

• AIR LA is located upstairs at 8474 W 3rd St.

• We have a parking lot downstairs with 75 minutes free with validation.

• Arrive early - we have a 5 minute late policy. This is for your safety due to the nature of the apparatus.

• This class is accessible for people of all shapes and sizes. Modifications will be offered for anyone nervous about the class or exceeding our equipment weight limit of 300lbs.
