About Bella!
Bella is a graduate of the University of Southern California, having completed her master's degree in Behavior Analysis in May 2023. Throughout her academic journey, she acquired a deep understanding of the foundational concepts and principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her rigorous studies led her to extensively engage with the relevant literature, and she has successfully integrated ACT principles into both her personal life and therapeutic approaches.
In her upcoming workshop, Bella will provide an in-depth exploration of burnout, particularly within the context of today's career-oriented society.
