GUEST ARTIST WORKSHOP | $60 | AGES 16+ | Join Clay Date instructor Ash for a fun and informative experience!
Create repeatable designs on clay by cutting your own lino block. First we carve the lino block from scratch, then we print onto clay! We will be using underglaze lino block ink and ink pads to impress our designs onto the clay. Great for novice and experienced printmakers and potters alike. Two different mediums that offer the same carving satisfaction.
Great for those who are looking for access to ceramics, clay friends, or sharpening your skill set! No experience necessary. No reservations necessary to attend Clay Date. You are welcome to purchase your ticket ahead of time or at the door day-of the event.
Price of admission also pays for all firings of class work. Students will be notified via email to pick up their fired pieces 4-6 weeks after the class. Student work will be food safe and ready to use upon pick-up. Pieces may be picked up during Gallery Hours 12-6pm on Mondays or at any Clay Date. Everyone will have up to three months to pick up their pots- after which we will have to dispose of them to make space for new class work.
