ART OPENING | FREE | ALL AGES | Raised between a mother from South Korea and a father from the Bronx, Cory Feder has always found herself in between cultures, identities and language. A storyteller at heart, Cory uncovers the magic hidden in the mundane using various mediums from drawing and sculpture to music and animation.

Her solo exhibition “Walking Home on Wind” remembers that home is not a place, but a living thing. Just as butterflies cannot complete their migrations without their descendants — home is a a space of perpetual transit. For Cory and her work — home is like a kite being carried through an open and undefinable sky.
