COMMUNITY | FREE | ALL AGES | Clay Day is introducing mindfulness through arts expression just for kids and their guardians!
This is your first step into the craft movement that has been expanding around Los Angeles. Clay DD, nonprofit 501c3, is collaborating with Junior High’s ceramic programming, Clay Date, to showcase several art techniques. We’re excited to help young people learn about mindfulness in a fun and safe environment. At this mini-fair local artists will lead activations including clay play, origami, face painting, and music to inspire playful creativity.
This free, one-day event will kickstart kids' ceramic programming at Junior High in Summer 2026 and beyond. Perfect for families of North East LA and surrounding areas! Familiarize yourself with Junior High and your local artist community and take advantage of the free resource share fair!
CLAYDD is a 501c(3) Non-Profit Organization committed to empowering kids and adults with mental health struggles and special needs. We are a group of educators, artists, and healers collectively inspiring learners, educational programs, and organizations through mindfulness, meditation, and the healing qualities of clay.
COVID-19 vaccinations are highly recommended to attend events at Junior High. Learn more here.
