MUSIC | $12 pre / $15 dos | ALL AGES | talker is the indie-rock project of LA-based Celeste Tauchar - or as she calls it, "indie rock with glitter all over it". After cutting her teeth playing in the band FRENSHIP, talker released her EP "Wax" in March 2020 to rave reviews from The A.V. Club, The Alternative, NPR Music, and more, and celebrated the release with a performance at Emo Nite just before the world shut down. Her new EP "In Awe of Insignificance" released March 25, 2022 and is featured in Billboard, Under the Radar, The A.V. Club, among others, including New Noise who called it "nothing short of remarkable." This Spring, talker will also release a Bartees Strange remix & debut in the Netflix film "Purple Hearts".
